An experienced Bodyshop Manager with over 20 years hands on Accident Repair industry knowledge working in and managing high quality bodyshop repairers. Stuart has during the recent past been responsible for managing 3 estimators, 10 productive staff and 3 administration staff.

Responsible for maintaining Manufacture Approvals for Porsche, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, GM and VW Group, including training programmes, tooling requirements, audits on internal paperwork and repair processes.

History includes working within the guidelines of 10 prestige manufacture repair programs, including category A aluminium structural repair.

In his last position in the Insurance sector Stephen held the position of Senior Engineer with responsibility for the operational work stemming from an Approved Repair Network consisting of 200 Repairer's with a £80M annual indemnity spend. Stephen was also responsible for 8 direct reports and worked closely with National account mangers and 6 Regional Network managers.

The accountabilities for this role encompassed all aspects of productivity, performance, quality control, Approved Repairer and Network management, support to Governance and Technical (Audit Department) Fraud Capture, Strategic planning reports and cost Analysis, Engineers Diary management and Customer satisfaction.

Full apprenticeship serving 10 years with the British Army working and integrating within various workshops throughout the military network.

Over 8 years experience in a supervisory role in a large multinational manufacturers main dealership responsible for running the full aspects of the workshop, maintenance and repair with 22 workshop staff, 3 office based staff members and 4 reception staff. Including and being involved in the Warranty and workshop Audit processes.

3 years as an Assistant manager with a large rental company assisting the running of a fleet of 400 vehicles on a day to day basis responsible for all aspects of lease hire and spot hire vehicles, including MOT's, repairs, maintenance, tyres, Warranty processes, legal compliance, customer liaison, new contracts, workshop and paperwork audits.

Glen has over thirty years motor trade experience in several fields. Formally trained as a Vehicle Assessor/Motor Engineer/Loss Adjuster and has been involved with insurance/claim and accident management for over 20 years. Experience has also been gained in Bodyshop Estimating/Management. Glen's insurance assessing/loss adjusting experience has been both field and office based.

Glen has gained a commercial awareness of the industry due to his varied roles over the decades and continues to update his knowledge as the industry evolves.
