Accident Damage Estimate Validation, Authority and Total Loss Management

We specialise in assessing damage to all types of vehicles.

Direct Motor Assessors employ only suitably qualified Automotive Engineers and vehicle assessors to assess damage.

The engineers use their wealth of knowledge gained through many years of experience in the motor industry along with ongoing industry training to provide independent, clear and concise reports on the safe method of repair of damaged vehicles or the correct course of vehicle disposal should the vehicle be deemed not viable or safe to repair.

All vehicles are thoroughly examined to establish an accurate repair reserve and the vehicle's pre-accident value.

Audatex and Glassmatix estimating systems are available to assist the engineer in the Validation and negotiation of repair costs.

Glass's Evaluator and Market Value assessor are utilised to determine the vehicle values in conjunction with market research.

When repairs are approved the whole repair process is requested to be imaged at all key stages providing a comprehensive footprint file at the final cost stage to support the authorised costs, this both aids in the recovery of costs and ensures the authorised method of repair has been followed.
